Snowland is set in the village of Par within 34 acres of land. Situated only 2 miles from Fowey, 10 miles from Mevagissey and 5 miles from St Austell, which together offer fishing, boating and sailing. We are perfectly located for those who wish to explore the unspoilt beaches and cliffs of Cornwall.

The railway passes nearby and the main line station is only about 1/2 mile from the Park. There are many old world pubs with live entertainment nearby - so there is plenty for the visitor to do

We are very close to the Coastal Path which meanders for miles around Cornwall and there are many informal walks in the area from our doorstep, including the Saints Way which goes from Fowey to Padstow
