Terms and Conditions for Residential Caravan Owners:

 

All residential owners must be over the age of 55years unless special dispensation is given by the site owner of the site to amend this condition.

 

The Ground Rent for is currently £140 per calendar month this is reviewed annually.

Garage is £800 ingoing and £60 per calendar month where available.

The ground rent must be paid on time every month at the agreed amount. 

Council Tax must be paid by you the tenant.

The water will be on a meter and read monthly and paid by you the tenant.

The electric is on a card meter which you can buy at the Snowlands office or bar. 

Gas bottles can only be supplied and fitted by us they can be purchased at the Snowlands office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and are fitted at 4pm.

Only one car can be parked in the space provided, all other guests cars must park in the visitor’s car park.

All garden areas are to be well maintained.

No over-load music or noise to upset other residents on site.

No sub-letting is permitted at any time.

Grandchildren are permitted to visit for the odd weekend or, on request, up to two weeks.

It is the proprietor’s decision if you may keep a dog on site. If it has been agreed for you to keep a dog, you must at all times keep them on a lead when walking them on site.

Dogs are not to be walked on the holiday side, and any mess made by your dog must be cleaned up immediately.

Any damage that your dog may cause will be paid for by you the tenant.
