​Snowland’s is a small, family-run caravan park offering a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a mix of holiday lets and privately owned caravans. Booking directly with us comes with plenty of advantages and added extras to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Set within 34 acres of peaceful countryside in the village of Par, our park is ideally located just 3.3 miles from Fowey and 3.4 miles from St Austell. We’re only a 10-minute walk from the beach and close to the scenic South West Coast Path, which winds its way along Cornwall’s stunning coastline. Snowland’s also makes an excellent base for visiting the world-famous Eden Project.

Getting here is easy, with Par Train Station and a bus stop just a short walk away. Right outside the park, you’ll find everything you need for a convenient stay — including a chip shop, Chinese and kebab takeaways, a post office, Spar and Co-op stores. Whether you’re planning to cook or fancy a takeaway night, everything’s right on your doorstep.
